Tata has recently come up with its pocket sized portable Wi-Fi router and thats a great news for geeks who need to stay in touch with the updates online and perform their tweeting and Facebook activities over the go by creating a Wi-Fi hotspot and sharing with upto 5 devices , so now you and four of your friends can have access to internet while you are up for a long drive in your car , pretty cool :)
It also includes a RJ45 Ethernet port for LAN which can be used to connect devices without Wi-Fi via LAN connectivity .
The router carries the same technology as the Tata photon+ giving downlink ( download) speeds upto 3.1 Mbps and uplink (upload) speeds upto 1.8 Mbpsand a simple activation and setup procedure , you just have to turn on your Wi-Fi and its done , you are ready to go online .
The router slim and compact and gives battery life of about 2.5 hours(as mentioned by Tata) and can run across any Wi-Fi capable device be it a mobile phone , a laptop , game console or tablet .
